She noted that <strong data-start=\"623\" data-end=\"674\">systemic barriers, intimidation, and harassment<\/strong> continue to discourage many women from contesting for leadership positions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"754\" data-end=\"935\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u201cAs 2027 draws closer, this is a <strong data-start=\"787\" data-end=\"803\">wake-up call<\/strong> for women to start preparing, campaigning, and ensuring they are not silenced or bullied out of the political space,\u201d she stated.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"937\" data-end=\"1276\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Using <strong data-start=\"943\" data-end=\"963\">Natasha Akpoti\u2019s<\/strong> political journey as a case study, she underscored the power of <strong data-start=\"1028\" data-end=\"1054\">resilience and courage<\/strong> in leadership. She urged women to <strong data-start=\"1089\" data-end=\"1141\">speak out, own their voices, and never back down<\/strong>, stressing that politics should not be a battlefield where women are marginalized but a space where diverse perspectives are valued.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1278\" data-end=\"1559\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Oguadimma\u2019s advocacy aligns with WEPBI\u2019s commitment to <strong data-start=\"1333\" data-end=\"1400\">empowering women and promoting gender inclusivity in governance<\/strong>.
