{"id":1097,"date":"2022-06-21T05:46:00","date_gmt":"2022-06-21T04:46:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wepbi.com\/en\/?p=1097"},"modified":"2022-06-21T05:56:04","modified_gmt":"2022-06-21T04:56:04","slug":"site-at-home-order-gunmen-bomb-imo-market","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wepbi.com\/en\/site-at-home-order-gunmen-bomb-imo-market\/","title":{"rendered":"Site-at-home order: Gunmen bomb Imo market."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The popular Izombe market in Oguta Local Government Area of Imo state was yesterday bombed by the Indigenous People of Biafra in their bid to enforce the sit-at-home order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Daily Sun, the incident triggered a pandemonium as the traders and costumers in the market ran in different directions to save their dear lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An eye witness narrated that the armed men moved with force into the market after they have warned the people on the consequences of disobeying the Monday sit-at home order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To strengthen their warning, they set two vehicles ablaze in the market which made the people to start scampering for their lives before bombing the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While trying to escape the danger, so many people sustained some degrees of injuries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;They came and released a locally made bomb in the market place, and everyone started running for their lives, they poured fuel on two vehicles and set it ablaze and everywhere was filled with smoke&#8221; an eye witness said.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The popular Izombe market in Oguta Local Government Area of Imo state was yesterday bombed by the Indigenous People of Biafra in their bid to enforce the sit-at-home order.
