The Women Leadership Academy, an initiative of Women Empowerment Education and Peace Building Initiative (WEPBI), is designed to enhance leadership capabilities, creating proactive women and youth leaders. Our goal is to facilitate contributions to national development through good governance and the promotion of human dignity.
This academy is specifically tailored to equip women aspiring for public elected positions at any level. We aim to provide them with the technical knowledge and practical skills necessary to run successful campaigns and serve effectively in public office. Recognizing the underrepresentation of women in politics, we are committed to giving women a powerful voice in governance and leadership across all party lines.
