The event which was held on 8th December 2022 was geared towards looking out for the possible barriers limiting women’s right and participation in various leadership and political positions and possible ways that such barriers can be ameliorated.
In to achieve this, the CSO’s agreed to partner with WEPBI to ensure that the number of women in leadership positions increases as well as sensitizing them on why they need to contest for political positions owing to the fact that they have lots of leadership potentials in them. The CSOs promised to reach out to the various communities they are covering for massive awareness and sensitization.
