Day 1 of the 2 Day Leadership and Change Management Training organized by WEPBI in collaboration with Women Aid Collective (WACOL), for Community Based Organizations CBOs, which is sponsored by Global Affairs Canada and supported by Action Aid Nigeria to build the leadership capacity of the CBOs for sustainability.
Strategic leadership was the focus of today’s training, where the participants where taught different leadership skills and the need of possessing them as leaders in their various organizations, they were also advised on how they can inculcate it in their organization to achieve optimal results.
