Capacity building is the improvement in an individual or organization’s facility (or capability) “to produce, perform or deploy. To empower and build capacity of economically active women and girls is by providing them with training in business, management skills and revolving Fund.
Marginalized women living in various communities have got economic and social problems. The economic problem is lack of employment opportunities, recreation & entertainment centers. Also lack of training in entrepreneurial skills, leadership skills, savings culture and making business plans has been a problem many community women has faced over the years.
Capacity building has solve the problem through reducing women poverty income & illiteracy by providing training, business management skills, leadership skills, marginalized women borrowing groups, entrepreneurial skills development, book keeping skills & in savings mobilization to enable them access revolving fund to improve on their income & income generation for their households. Funds will also increase self-respect & esteem among local women and hence liberating them economically, physically & socially.
